Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

“Services” means the software-as-a-service solution marketed as Trame by Weglot, enabling the translation of images, videos, documents, and other media using automated and artificial intelligence-based technologies.
“Content” means any data, text, images, videos, documents or other materials uploaded, submitted, or otherwise provided by Customer through the Services.
“Output” means any translated or generated content produced by the Services based on the Content.
“Account” means the Customer’s account created to access and use the Services.
“Third-Party Providers” means any third-party technology providers used by Trame, including but not limited to artificial intelligence, machine learning, or translation service providers.
“Terms” means these Terms of Service, as amended from time to time.
2. Acknowledgment
These are the Terms and Conditions governing the use of this Service and the agreement that operates between You and the Company. These Terms and Conditions set out the rights and obligations of all users regarding the use of the Service.
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on Your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If You disagree with any part of these Terms and Conditions then You may not access the Service.
You represent that you are over the age of 18. The Company does not permit those under 18 to use the Service.
Your access to and use of the Service is also conditioned on Your acceptance of and compliance with the Privacy Policy of the Company. Scope
These Terms of Service govern the use of Trame by Weglot (“Trame”), a software-as-a-service solution allowing the translation of images, videos, documents and other media using automated and artificial intelligence-based technologies.
Description of Services
Trame provides automated translation services relying on third-party translation engines and artificial intelligence models. The Services may evolve over time and certain features may be added, modified or discontinued.
Account and Access
Use of the Services requires the creation of an account. The Customer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of its credentials and for all activities carried out under its account.
Customer Content
Customer remains solely responsible for all content uploaded to Trame. Customer represents that it has all necessary rights and authorizations to use such content with the Services.
Artificial Intelligence Disclaimer
Customer acknowledges that Trame relies on automated and artificial intelligence-based translation technologies. Outputs may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. Customer is solely responsible for reviewing, validating, and approving translated content before any use or publication.
Acceptable Use
Customer agrees not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of third-party rights, including intellectual property rights.
Fees and Payment
Certain Services may be subject to fees. Fees are due in accordance with the pricing communicated at the time of subscription or purchase.
10. Intellectual Property
Weglot retains all intellectual property rights in Trame and the underlying technologies. Customer retains all rights in its content.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Weglot’s aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services shall not exceed EUR €1,000.
13. Termination
Weglot may suspend or terminate access to the Services in case of breach of these Terms. Customer may terminate its use of the Services at any time.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of France.
Translation Interpretation
These Terms and Conditions may have been translated if We have made them available to You on our Service. You agree that the original English text shall prevail in the case of a dispute.
Changes to These Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material We will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at Our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use Our Service after those revisions become effective, You agree to be bound by the revised terms. If You do not agree to the new terms, in whole or in part, please stop using the website and the Service.
